I think I'd use a modified version of the Cyber Logician in the back of the
Cybertechnology book to fill that role. Encephalon, tactical computer,
cranial cyberdeck, commlink, crypto-circuit, Battle-Tac -- oh yeah, the
whole nine yards. Can't skimp on the accountant. Nope, not on my team.

Actually, this is how me and my co-gm do it. I do all the numbers, he
does the storyline and the funny voices.
