OK, some details:

I publish a German semi-pro zine named MEPHISTO (I would wonder, anyone had
heard about it...), and we are allowed to translate and publish this article (by
White Wolf *and* FASA).
But unfortunately last time I asked White Wolf for a back issue they couldn't
send me one, so I have got a problem, haven't I?!
