Hey there!

I've just a little problem!
I need a copy of an article published in White Wolf Magazine #34:

MOONCHILD OVER BOURBON STREET

Can anybody send me a copy of this article (hardcopy or scan)?

Would be great!

Thanx

Okay guys, I am uncertain to this, but I know that most of White Wolf's
Supplements, as well as those FASA, -the now former- TSR, and Marvel all had
disclaimers concerning the copying of their materials. FASA was much nicer,
or at least has been in the past.

If the copying of the material is for personal usage, such as to give a copy
of a handout to fellow players for their usage, then the copyright laws have
NOT been infringed upon. "Copyright" comes down, IIRC (sigh), to the idea of
retaining whom was the originator of the article/material in question and
whether or not it is going to be resold at anyplace other than a designated
distributor.

As to the White Wolf #34. Sorry, though I have the scanner, I don't have the
material to send you. And as you listed the particular entry within the
magazine, you have limited the protectiveness and/or effectiveness of the
Copyright Copying Request.

Goodie!
Maybe it's those Rocket Skates I ordered from the ACME company!
The last pair backfired and almost blew my legs halfway to my Duodenum.
But I'll get that pesky Road Runner yet.
With My Life's Blood I swear it!

But the magazine gone out of buisness and there are no copy right
specifically on those articles. It's also not for profit so I believe
according to the Ohio Ciminal Law Handbook it's ok.

Might be, but it's really unlikely since WhiteWolf is no longer produced. I
unfortunately don't have it.
BTW: Freelance adventure in a mag? I could see for intellectual property,
but I don't think it'd hurt anyone's pocketbooks....

Winnie the Friggin' Pooh ... which my 2 year old neice makes me watch over
and over and over and over ...
I do like the Tigger Song though!
"Their tops are made out of rubber! Their bottows are made out of springs!
Whoo-hoo-hoo-hoo-hoooooo!"

Actually, I've had my PC's encounter a runner that went by the handle
Tigger, He had a superthyroid gland and was very hyper, also had the
cyberlegs with foot jacks to allow for those big leaps! ;-)

Actually...if you keep it in electronic format it is perfectly legal (in the
US) once it hits paper tho....then you've got a real problem. Also if you
charge for it you run into problems.
