For the record, I'm not tying one on right now because I've got a test
tomorrow and Wednesday and can't afford to.

This is sorta touched on in Tir Tairngire, though I believe the are
talking about the ascension rite. Someone mentions that its fairly
discriminatory against orks and trolls, since they only live 40-50 years.
I would imagine that drinking ages in SR aren't that strictly enforced,
but they would not vary with metatype. After all, that would be
discrimination, and the political climate of 2060 seems to be extremely
conservative (I bet it pissed off a lot of people at O.R.C. when the
Humanis talking head threw that one back at them...)

Wuss...

For my 21st, I sat up all night, drinking, watching TV (there are really
crappy shows on at 3 in the morning), listening to music, and trying to
decide wether or not I'd drop out of my honours year and accept the job
offer I had waiting. :) And I still went to the exam the next morning and
passed with flying colours.

(Mind you, I then dropped out... long story)
