This thread, and this bit of it in particular, gave me an idea. Has
anyone considered writing up a system for health and fitness for SR? I
considered doing one myself (I'm taking a Health & Fitness class now) but
it seems rather difficult.

A few things I was considering:
-Body & Quickness & Strength & Athletics relate to endurance.
-% Body fat is proportional to Body and inversely proportional to
Quickness & Strength (& Athletics?).
-Risk of cardiovascular disease is inversely proportional to Body,
Quickness, & Strength and proportional to Body Index (and possibly
Essence loss).
-Risk of cancer is increased for low Essence characters.
-Athletics should have SOTA reductions on bi-WEEKLY basis that physical
activity can't be maintained. However, costs (costs are karmic only) to
restore Athletics loss from SOTA should be halved.

That's all for now ... Anyone know more on the matter? (It might be
interesting to have system to determine what a char's VO2Max, Body-Mass
Index, % Body Fat, Cholesterol Level, Blood Pressure, etc are and what
their effects are [Even if you have to pick a few of them].)
