*SCREAM* No, java == evil. Though the idea of a pure object oriented language is
cool. Speaking of which, is anyone on the list familiar with virtual reality
programming or use? I'm very interested in learining about it, but there are no
classes here specifically on VR, and I was wondering if anyone knew of a place
to learn.

Nope, not a virus. You have to have the Java Runtime Environment installed
to use most Java apps, and a Java-based virus would only be able to
propagate through other Java programs (I think). Maybe a trojan horse.
Maybe. Not enough people use Java as a application language to make it
really worth while.
