Hoi, Chummers! The Second Annual Neo-Anarchists Guide to Everything
Else is now available. You can get it via anonymous ftp at either
usdcsv.acusd.edu (192.55.87.6) or beelzebub.acusd.edu (192.55.87.241).

If you have any articles or other submissions for the _Third_ Annual
Neo-Anarchists Guide, send 'em on over!

The NAGEE is available in three formats: Microsoft Word, Rich Text
Format, and Text. There will soon be a Postscript version as well.

The RTF and Text format are available at both usdcsv and beelzebub (and
will soon be available on Compuserve, and hopefully GEnii). The
Microsoft Word/Macintosh version is available from beelzebub, and the
postscript version, when available, will be on usdcsv.

The versions on usdcsv are all zipped, so if time is a consideration,
get your copy from there. Macintosh and Unix users can get Zip from
beelzebub, or probably most Mac or Unix ftp sites.

Zip files and Microsoft Word files must be retrieved in binary format.
Rich Text and Text files must be retrieved in text format. YOu can set
your ftp session to binary or text by typing 'binary' or 'ascii'.

Anonymous ftp requires that you type 'ftp sitename' (for example,
'ftp usdcsv.acusd.edu'). When asked for your username, answer
'anonymous' and when asked for the password, type your address.
Use 'cd "directoryname"' to change directories, and 'ls' or 'dir'
to view the names of available files. Use 'get filename' to get a
file.
