Of the 60 emails I've gotten in the last 4 or so hours from this list, 50
have nothing to do with shadowrun. About 5 were on ritual conjuring, and 5
were _RATIONAL_ talks about the new ezine by fro (Go, Fro, Go!). Does that
disappoint anyone? It should. If you have any questions about my opinions of
this, see my earlier post of immense irritation. Please, stop the useless
topics. I don't care what OS you should use, I really don't care what idiots
at AOL send to this list, and I have no reason to call them idiots 5 or so
times.

All you have to do to end this is stop. Stop responding to the idiots, and
stop wasting everyone's time by feeding the fire. When I first joined this
email list, I was really amazed by the traffic. All of it shadowrun related.
It was cool. And reading the email actually required thought on my part.
Now, it's an exercise in hitting the delete key. <sigh> Okay. I'm done
ranting. If people don't listen to this, any further text isn't going to
help. Keep in mind that responding to this post via the list only continues
my complaint. If you think I'm an idiot and I should get off this list, tell
me through private email. Don't waste everyone elses time.

Augh. Enough of that. Back to shadowrun. Does anyone out there keep track of
runs that their players do, or runs that they've participated in? At one
point in time, I was intending on writing up sysopsis(es? plural. Whatever)
of the runs my players did over the summer, and then send it to them all.
Kinda a reminder for them as to what happened, and also to clue them in on
some of the really cool things that happened behind the scenes that they
didn't know about. I'd be interested in doing that on a general basis, both
to see what other gm's have done, and to have a good read. Anyone interested
in sending me stuff?

Also, it might make a cool feature in the ezine you're doing, Fro. Something
to consider if you need more material, or just if you think it's good.

Sure what did you have in mind.

If you have to ask then it's probably classified.
Which means that I have to follow protocol.
But if you ask nicely I might forget that you asked.
Then again maybe not.

I'm looking for typed up summaries of adventures that people have run.
Things like "Joe the sam, Neil the Ork Barbarian, and Barbie the Rocker went
down to the bar today, and beat up 5 guys. I gave 'em 17 karma". <grin> Just
a little more in-depth and hopefully more interesting. If I can get enough
of 'em, or at least one, I'll make it look nice, put it together with what
I've already got, and send it out to whoever wants it. This is really an
opportunity for GMs to show other GMs their really cool plot devices, and to
show players how they got _really_ lucky on the last adventure, since a
force 16 fire elemental was behind door number two, but they picked door
number one. That's why I was originally interested in the idea. :) Make
players realize just how lucky they were.... and just how nice of a GM I
was...

Ok I'll try and get something together after finals.
