The one time i put a decker together to add it up it cost something
like that (SR2 rules, i don't know how the prices changed in VR2 as i
havn't bothered doing the maths, though i now contemplate the idea of
folks actually doing proper matrix runs more than once per porever)
decent rating programs really cost as well.
On the physad i had a nasty idea involving +1D6 initative +6 dice
stealth and the Ruthymer polymers out of Shadowtech. Phymage for a
silence spell would help as would 'traceless walk' power. The
physmage option also allows for casting +3D6 initative spells (yuck
beware munchkins here) and levitation.
