For those who were interested Here is some RL info on the Stun Guns I
use in my work....Spike I think you were the most interested..

Well I finally found the book...The brand is the Ultron II by StunTech..
The following is taken directly from the training manual, And I jumped
around a little to get in the different points about the stun gun we
use.

Tech data:
50,000 Volts
6 milliamps without resistance
4 milliamps with resistance
.35 joules
22-24 pulses per second
Power Source-3, 3v lithium batteries
Max duration per application 8 seconds
Max # of applications 2

The Ultron II utilizes hi-tech electronic compenents that precisely
blend pulsed electricity, high voltage and low amperage the "mimic"
and override the body's individual electrical system and will achieve
"takedown" capabilities while not causing damage or injury to the
human body. The effects of a stun device are indicated but may vary
from individual to individual and in a -very- few cases, may have no
effect at all.

[ I know of only 1 guy that simply shakes off all
effects of this device, everyone else jumps out of their skin when hit
with it]

Application duration vs effects
.5 sec - startles a subject
1-2 sec - causes a release action and minor muscle contractions.
1-4 sec - causes a stunning action and probably knocks a suspect
down.
2-5 sec - Non-lethal incapacitation state, causes a loss of balance,
loss of control; confusion and disorientation.
