Ok, Handrazors do Str L damage, and the spurs do Str M.

SRII p.101 Melee Weapons Table.
It took me a while to get used to looking for it there. Any melee attack
cyber's damage code will appear with the melee weapons section of the
tables.

Plain old retractable spurs do Str(M) and retractable hand razors do
Str(L). You can get improved ones that have pluses in the Shadowtech
sourcebook.

They are listed under the melee damage table on in the Hand to Hand combat section

hand, and finding the damage was always a pain, so I always look it up in
the Gamescreen...

Yep. SSC pg89 (though mine is 1st ed). Improved Hand Razors do Str(L)
damage (2nd ed) and cost 8500.
