ok Spoiler alert, no big giveaways but.

For those that want to know the real reason Dunklezahn is running for
president is in ST, you might be able to guess it.

The format is five fairly short adventures though some might take a
while to run, and one or two do need supporting books (like they
mention 'bug sity' on the back cover!) VR2.0 is virtually required
for one adventure as although possible without a decker its rather
difficult (options seriously restricted).

The book would be best used in the style of the origonal Harlequin,
the first adventure is not really startup suitable but not that far
off. You could build them up for reasonable experienced PC's as well
fairly easily.

We finally have a SR adventure with decent NPC magicians in it, no '5
tons initation grade' and 'force fizzle spells and no armour or
initative!'. Ok so inevitably there are initates but.

Beware annoyed players, some of the adventures really do 'drop you in
past your neck!' before you get any say in the matter but with a
group prepared for it go for it! Also don't try and second guess what
sort of thing they are, variable and interesting.

Of course no stats for Dunklezahn, what did you expect!

Vote the way the troll with thegun wants you to!

BTW, there's FASA's now-common product response card in ST, but on it you
can vote for the candidate of your choice :) if you send it in before 1
August this year. I wonder whether they will really pay attention to the
votes cast, or just go ahead and let their own choice win.

The game store where I picked up my copy said they were told that the
votes really were gonna decide. Just my two bits.

If you are interested in stats for BigD, there are some in an issue of
Dragon Magazine.(Forget which issue, & dont have it with, will check when
get home tonight). Dragon ran a series on dragons from other (read not AD$D)
game systems. But of course it does mention that these are estimated from
observations, so take them with grain of salt. Otherwise, its a very good
article on BigD, as well as his "speakers". Worth the read if you can find the
issue.

They also have a good write up on each of the candidates on their webpage, at
http://www.fasa.com, i was hoping we could vote there. Maybe if enough of us
visited and sent in the suggestion (hint, hint) they would actually let us
players "elect" the next Prez of the UCAS. (wishful thinking?)
