Well, one of the things that has always irritated me is the fact that, =
raising the target number from 6 to 7 or from 12 to 13 doesn't make the =
test any harder, so a friend and I came up with another idea:
Normally when you make a test, any 6's are rerolled, and the new result =
is added to the old. That is why rolling a 6 and a 7 is not different. =
Instead you should rule, that when you reroll a 6, first subtract 1 from =
the original result (= 5) and do so again is you roll another 6. That =
way it DOES make a statistical difference to get a target number of 6 or =
7. Note that is does also change the statistics so that ALL target =
numbers from 7 and up are a little more difficult.
