Does that mean that a ball of Black C-4 can be dropped from, say, the
Eiffel tower and then would denotate on impact with the ground? Or
small balls could be thrown with a sling and then detonate on impact
with a door (or a car, or a bike, or a guy in MilSpec armor)? Or
perhaps "The Perfect Way to Assaninate a Batter in a Baseball
Game"... Yes replace the ball with one filled with C-4!!!

IIRC, and they were thrown very hard (Troll Street Sam with Muscle Aug. or
Physad maybe ;] ), i believe they would. A sharp blow or impact could very
well set it off.

Might want to talk to your Fixer about getting one of those Slings they
advertised in 'Cyberpirates' ;]
