One of my players had an runner (called Schizo) who was a real
humanis scumbag when he was young and human. Just until the day he
himself "goblinized" into an elf and had to flee from the policlub
society. He still despised elfs and other metahumans, but his own
racial state made him a bit whacky in the head (hence the name).

You don't goblinize into an elf. Only orks and trolls. The others are
born that way.
