Just for the record: A mundane street samurai may never learn
physical adept powers, but adepts *can* have smartgun implants, or
any other kind of cyberware they want.

Sure, it frags up their Magic - but hey, that's life.

One of my players is playing a lightly cybered shadowrunner who
hasn't yet discovered his magical talent. His adept powers will
manifest, one by one, during the game. He might regret installing
some of his cyberimplants... but I think he will find his smartlink
useful, adept powers or not.
