Actually isn't Last Knight of the Crying Spire an alluance to the
Crimson Spire of Earthdawn source?

I'm not really read in E/D materials. However, this is a tie in our
short-lived E/D GM told me about.

Yep. I believe it is. After all, that's what the "shadow" called him in the
opening story of Harlies back....
