Or you could go by the "estimated" essence costs listed for
cyberarm-mounted tactical computers on p. 34 of Cybertechnology. The
essence costs for levels 1 and 2 match the essence costs for headware
tactical computers, so it would follow that the "estimated" essence
costs listed for levels 3 and 4 would also apply.

Unfortunately, the higher levels don't list a Price, Availability, or
Street index, so you have to come up with some numbers yourself. :(
