Target: Wastelands started shipping on the first of this month so it should be filtering
down to the shops soon. It was also on sale at Origins.

You can get a very brief outline of it over at the ds forums courtesy of CyberPenguin who
posted it. The link is,
http://forums.dumpshock.com/default/thread.jsp?forum=1&thread%51&start&msRange;

And for those on the list that can't or don't want to access web pages I've just copied
and pasted the relevent bits from the thread.

Chapters:

Introduction and Into the Abyss, 1 page each.

The Poisoned Earth, 22 pages. Covers what all of mankind's abuses of the planet have
caused, as well as speculation on more bad things to come - poison/waste/toxins,
radiation, genetic mutations, extinctions, toxic shamans. It includes Eco-Alerts on
particularly nasty areas, about one page each - the North Sea, Tripoli Hot ZoneTsimshian,
Arcology Mile (Los Angeles), the Yucatan, and the SOX (Saar-Lorraine-Luxembourg Special
Administration Zone).

Shifting Sands, 19 pages. Covers the Desert Wars - desert survival, the wars themselves,
and other deserts.

The Ends of the Earth, 19 pages. Covers the Artic and Antartica - weather, the Trans-Polar
Aleut (including a nice map of the Trans-Polar Aleut nation), Antartica (including a map),
and art by Peter Bergting.

Up the Gravity Well, 19 pages. Covers mostly near space - corporate players in space,
shadowrunning in space, stuff in low earth orbit, stuff in geosynchronous orbit, stuff at
the LaGrange points, stuff on the moon, and a small amount (1/2 page) on deep space.

Riptides, 20 pages. The deep sea - current situation with regards to Dunkelzahn's will and
various corporations for the deep sea, exotic atmospheres and magic, weapon technology,
and underwater installations.

Game Information, 29 pages. Rules that tie into the previous chapters. I'm not too
familiar with the rules, so I can't say much one way or the other as to how good they are.

Index, 3 pages.

Well, hope that helps. :)

Oops. Seems I got the wrong end of the stick before. :) Target: Wastelands is only
starting to ship to distributors now.
