How about visibility modifiers as if it were light smoke; +6 to all
target numbers when the face is exposed (I believe it mainly works on the
eyes, but also when you breath it in); +2 if face is appropriately
shielded (due to skin contact); +0 if in chemsuit.

What modifiers is there for wearing a chemsuit?
