Playing poser runners is fun!

I've created a Judge-Dredd poser (complete with skillwires plus, and
the JD Impersonation chipware, and customized bike (lawmaster), gun
(lawgiver), and armor).

As I'm doomed to be GM, I use my beloved JD as a NPC, and man, what
fun it was! (Hey, perp! Anythin' wrong with ya?)

:)

... time to personalize my cop NPCs.

Perhaps one of the security forces/police organizations are outfitted like
Dredd & Co. Eagle Security, perchance? Place 'em in a city/country that's
got very strict laws...

We made some of the X-men once. A huge troll with heavy duty dermal armor
and incredible strength. His fighting buddy was a dwarf with titanuim bone
lacing, level 3 platelet factory, and spurs that were anchored to his bone
lacing. (our DM gave us a bonus for that, and we were screwing around
anyway).

We worked out the rules for a fastball special. It worked pretty well and
was kind of fun. For those of you who don't know what a fastball special
is...the dwarf (wolverine) jumps into the crook of the troll's (Colassus)
arm and the troll throws the dwarf at an opponent. After a while we got a
little bored and started throwing the dwarf at all kinds of things, like
moving cars. If he missed, we did a grenade scatter type of thing, but that
dwarf was tough.
