I just wanted to say a big thankyou to all of you - as of today, the
Shadowrun Webring is the second most popular games webring (after the
Warhammer 40K ring...) by hits. And it's people like you all that make
it that way.

So thankyou! :)

I guess it's a question of where you live. I don't know any Warhammer 40k
players, but a whole bunch of SR, AD&D, Midgard and BattleTech players
(and of course DSA...)

Neither do I (I don't even classify as a player anymore either - and I
couldn't afford to get back into it now), but the fact that every gaming
store near me has tables set up for it's play, and a significantly large
section of the store (matched only by AD&D or WoD) devoted solely to it
is a pretty clear indication. But, as you said, I guess it just
depends..
