Yesterday I ran into a small grey zone regarding damage. The deal:
Mr. Fantastic, human decker, black and proud of it ran into some black Ice
that toasted him lethaly for S, then L and finaly as he managed to pull the
plug for a present of M damage leaving him with all 10 boxes of physical
damage crossed out. I know that you loose every bodyattribute combatturns
another point in the Overdamage section, but after rereading the rules those
only state that this procedere kicks in AFTER the Condition monitor was
exeeded. Even the healing section didn't provided us with enough knowledge
what to do when you are dead and by the rules not quite. Every example only
helps if you are in the Overdamage section. Of course, I would have let him
died after some turns as no help where in near viccinity. But so, after 13
minutes he was found and brought back to live.
Is this grey zone somewere covered?
Thanks in advance

Hey as I under stand 10 boxes is only unc. The rule is that only instant
death is only the 10 boxes plus your body over flow so at ten boxs I say
that they are just unc. and will awake on there own in a couple hours, after
10 hours use the normal damage it shows in the book.

I always apply the overdamage rules when the character reach the "deadly
damage" box. Somwhere in the rules I read that a character who has sustained
a deadly wound must be stabilized or he will bleed to death. That should be
reason enough.

Gee that's a tough one. I'm pretty sure that you start belleding to death
when you reach D but them again I hate it when players start dying so I
would let you off. My answer; depends who you are and how soft your GM is.

Phil (verbal but useless as ever)
