Just a quick note to read that last message I put out, as I forgot to change
the subject line on it ...

Would it be kosher to post a copy of this to Decipher's message board
about the buyout?

I doubt it.

Nowhere in the message that K posted was there a suggestion that Mike M. had
agreed for the information to be redistributed, so K breached etiquette by
posting it here. (Though K could make a very good case that he was asking on
behalf of the list members, and so they were implicitly part of the
conversation, or that such an agreement had been reached outside of the
quoted context).

If someone, outside of FASA, posted this note to Decipher's message board,
it would be a severe breach of etiquette, and potentially one that puts the
person posting, and K, at a legal liability.

Bottom line: if FASA wants a notice on Decipher's board detailing their
intentions, they'll put one up there themselves.

Robert.

Now *THAT* I do not know. Mike was cool enough to answer my query as it was,
so I just don't know. I believe that what Mike gave to us is all the
information he has(had) up to that point in time. Personally, I would let
someone from FASA actually post something like this to the Decipher board.

Alternatively, you could post a note referring to the ShadowRN Archives on
the Decipher board...

Actually, I asked for permission to post the email from Mike M. BEFORE I sent
it out via IM. Its' something I do before I move any kind of information
like that about. Call it a habit....

Besides, when it comes right down to it, its' merely his (Mikes') reiteration
of what was said, combined with his own, positive, opinions of the action(s)
being taken.

So Robert, its' nice and cozy, m'kay???
