Other than the Aztlan sourcebook and the tiny blurb in the Portfolio of a
Dragon, is there any other mention in the books about the fovae (or if they
are in any place other than Aztlan?)

Try Awakenings pg 91. Incedently, is there anywhere where the rules for
forvae have been printed? I can only ever find descriptions in the books.
