Description: Cthulu Shadowrun

Cthulu Shadowrun you ask? Yes, indeed it has been done, it works
rather nicely, though there is the minor detail that all Cthuloids have a
pretty decent degree of magic resistance, are nearly invulnerable to bullets,
and have this convenient method of gating in other cthuloids... Makes things
very interesting... Anyways, I've done it, run it at a con or 2, and last
spring posted it to the list, if anybody out there wants a copy of it, I'll dig
through my old files and send it to 'em... If I get 'nuff requests, I'll post
it to the list... I also came up with a way of generating SAN totals for SR
characters, however, those required using d10s... Oh yeah, the rules I wrote up
were for SR1, I haven't used 'em in about 5 months, so haven't had cause to
convert 'em to SR2... As for how they compare to party firepower--they do
rather nicely actually... the only thing a party can compete one on one with
are Ghouls and Cthuloids--neither of which are much more powerful than most
humanoids, however anything else is VERY difficult to harm...
Lastly, if you're going to encounter Cthuloids, send the party to
Arkham Mass... the mood is right, unlike Seattle...
That's my BS for now... later
