There is info about the CAS in the NAGNA, and that book also gives
descriptions and maps of Dallas/Ft. Worth and Atlanta. Unfortunately it's
out of print and quite hard to find nowadays.

The info about the CAS as a whole is mostly just a timeline with some
small bits about the government, the economy, and fines. All in all 4 1/2
pages, or less than 4 without the illustrations.

The Atlanta chapter covers 11 pages, the Dallas/Fort Worth one is 16, and
they're pretty much standard city descriptions -- general data, a few
peculiarities, places to go, you get the idea. I don't really have the
time to give a short overview, though, so I'll leave that to someone else.
