Please correct me if I am wrong, but I assume the
Strain III issue and The Voids in the Chicago CZ would
have killed off all the ghosts and spectres in the
Shattergraves, and the ghouls in Ghoultown ... since
all three entities are Dual Natured.

Would that be the case?
