I would devise something similar to the Air or Water elemental engulf powers
using a telekinetic manipulation spell. Using the clot spell in Grimoire II
as a basis, I would say.

Physical Spell +1 --
Sustained Spell +1 --
Stun Damage -1 --
Sustained Damaging
Manipulation -- +1

This yeilds a drain code of [(F/2)+1]S on a spell that does (Willpower)M stun
each action and has force reduced by armor.
