I've got a fluff question... In New Seattle, the DDS shows up
in the Shadowtalk (p. 21), but my memory seems to be failing me. Have
they always had "In Kibo we trust" as their .sig?

And thanks to whoever said that they had gotten a hold of a
copy of New Seattle. I rushed to my gaming store and got there 5
minutes before closing. :)

Nope.
I think Kenson added that recently.
