I was thinking of calling him "The Porcupine", but Hedgehog's good
too. (Though if I used the name Hedgehog with my players, they'd all
groan, even if I didn't dress the guy in all blue, put blue enamelcoat
on all his spurs, and make him run really fast)

So, where _do_ you mount over 120 non-retractable delta grade spurs on
someone? (Yes, I know that you don't need Delta Cyber for cybermancy,
but I wanted to make it sure that this NPC's had so many spurs that
cybermancy was the _only_ option) Being creative but realistic, I can
get 11 on each arm and about 3 on each shoulder, for a total of 28
that can be mounted in offensive positions.

I can see mabye 11 rows of 7 spurs each, mounted to stick straight out
from the back, three each attached to each rib in the bottom 11 pairs
of ribs (or the on the sholderblades, where they lie over the ribs)
and then one each on the spinal bones attached to those pairs of ribs.
These would be for defensive purposes. An array of 77 sharp blades
mounted on the back would discourage anyone from attacking the
Hedgehog from the rear. These blades would also deflect weapon hits,
though I'm not sure how to represent this with stats.

Since non-retractable spurs can be mounted anywhere, I'll throw in
about 5 rows of 4 along the top and back of the head. The front row
would be angled slightly forward, and the back 3 rows angled to the
rear. The Hedgehog needs a head crest after all.

125 spurs total. That's 6.25 points of essence. Since we need
cybermancy to put that much into a person, we also need to put in the
Invoked Memory Stimulator, which brings us up to 6.5, leaving the
character at -0.5 essence. That's relatively easy to do as far as
cybermancy goes, and the usual cybermancy side effects are mild.
However, The Hedgehog suffers his own unique side effects: he goes
through shirts like crazy, he has to sleep prone, and he can't use the
restroom unassisted.

If you needed someone else to wipe you after you went, I think you'd
turn into an evil mad villian too.
