The '31 Types of Game Masters' was never actually posted to
ShadowRN. All that's been here is a whole string of requests for it, and
unless I missed it, nobody has actually admitted to HAVING it in the
first place.

Oh yes it was, that's where I got it from. But it was the "28 Types of GMs"
then, and someone else posted three more, so mine got modified and became
the 31 types.
