If you can find it, yep. The old book was a bit more colorful and had more
details in someways. It listed more spots per location if nothing else.
In the old days, I would consider it one of their better sourcebooks.

Only that the old one was superior in just about every respect to the new
one. The original was essentially a book of "small stories": on any page,
there were about a dozen seeds for plot and atmosphere, and several others
"between the lines". The new one tends to focus more on the big picture.

Of course, the old Seattle book had its version of the 'big picture', too, I
certainly miss the richness of that volume. Back in the old days, I hoped
that similarly rich books would come out for other SR cities. Anybody
remember Carse? --Anders

There is no table in PA/E ... just a description in the Fear power
description of the effects for 2, 4, or 6+ successes. Is it the same in
PA/NA just arranged as a formal chart? (The effects for reference are: 2
successes= runs; 4 successes = runs, and sweats blood at mention of
creature; 6+= disabling phobia.)
