Right.

What skills are needed to be a good welrounded shadowrunner?.

just a few of the top of my head:

Any weapons skill or two one high the other (probebly smaller weapon, for backup) lower.
Etiquet.
Computer < matrix use if your decker fryed his brains.
Unarmed combat As in most fight someone Wil get close.
Electronics B/R in a high tech world it helps if you know if you need to cross the bleu
and
red wire or cut them both.
Drive: car/bike .



Knowledge skills:
Gang colours/turf.
if you can several langs.
athletics (not a skill its a life save if i remember corecty, alway's good advice that
bull =).



So what am i missing, at the moment i'm talking General skills that everyone should have
every caracter wil have specific skills that are needed to do there job
(computer>matrix for
deckers, conjuring for mages ect ect)

Mechanical Locksmithing
Unarmed or Martial Arts

Stealth. This one is priority #1, no matter what character you're
playing.
Athletics. Usually at a rating equal to the character's Body attribute.
Etiquette and Negociations. If the character is a Face, max them out
(obviously). Else, both skills at rating 3 should be enough.
Two combat skills: one ranged (Pistols is IMO the best) and one
hand-to-hand (unarmed or clubs -- the latter can be used with almost
anything, from assault rifles to baseball bats to chairs to metahuman
bodies)
Computers, rating 2 (except if the char is some sort of decker).
Everyone in the 2060s is expected to know how to use a computer.
A couple of technical skills: Electronics and Electronics B/R (no use
taking one without the other), Biotech (the Cleric effect -- doctors
are always your friends), Demolitions (when stealth is not an option).
One driving skill: Cars or Bikes, rating 2. Same as Computers: it means
you can drive.

Interestingly, most of my characters tend to have all those skills and
then some more. "Jack of no trades, master of all" is my motto. :)

There are only four.

Etiquette (I know you've already mentioned it but...):

Know how to behave anywhere if you possibly can... 1; it makes it easier to
get jobs (would you rather hire the guy who's polite, well groomed and
seems to know what he's talking about or the guy who turns up in denim and
leather stiff with filth and picks his nose throughout the meet?) 2; it
makes it easier to hide, duck into a posh shop and act like you're slumming it.


Negotiation

Who couldn't do with more for less, when you've only got a handful of nuyen
in your pocket you'll thank me for the advice.


Stealth

Four little words, one of them rather bigger than the others: Shadowruns
are _COVERT_ operations, knowing how to hide is essential.


Magical Theory (knowledge)

Even if you only rate a single dice this will be one of the most useful
skills you'll have, knowing what the corp guy is casting at you and knowing
for example that spirits can't cross boundaries is not something you get
for free. It could however save your life.


That's my take, add a sprinkling of other skills (Combat, Technical...etc)
as required but a 'runner can do almost any job with just these.
