Pretty good. But there are some things I would do differently

1). Don't make it similiar to magic at all. No initiation, etc. Make it
a something to itself.

2). Wait a couple months and by the official RPG. It'll be made by the
same ppl who did the card game for it.

3). Have a attribute called Quickening. This is a pool that will refresh
between scenes like Karma pool. Make the pc spend starting attribute
points as if it was one of the six main attributes. The pc can use points
from this pool to use certain immortal powers (extra actions, heal faster
than they normally would, more damage using their sword, etc.)

4). Have their regeneration rate be equal to some fraction of this pool.

Well, those are my suggestions. Most of them are from the rpg, but I think
they work.
