<really big snip>
What I am trying to convey is that there are beter things to do than
trying to figure out how lasers MIGHT work (for a shitty weapon)
without knowing the basic principles quantum optics. IF you really
want, in September I could clear all doubts by asking some pals at
the CSELT laser labs, but for now, why don't we talk about something
less, ummm, SHITTY, like dunno, streetline specials or Tiffany self
defenders? :)

Hey! I like tiffany's.... Nothing quite as humiliating to a street sam as to get
killed by one.... :)

You obviously don't think that discussing the mechanics of a laser axe
is worth your time... so why do you waste your time expounding why WE
shouldn't waste OUR time discussing it. Oh, yeah, I forgot. If you
think it's a silly conversion, then it MUST be. Please forgive me, I
abaise myself... >:-|
