So you're saying is that one should have (approximately):
Computer Skill 13+
Computer Theory 9+
Hacking Pool 25+
And a deck with a Masking attribute of what? Following your earlier
trend, one would probably choose 9 again. That would mean that a deck
(assuming all deck attributes are the same) with a MPCP of not less than 12.
That seems a decent set of requirements to me....
[NOTE: This commentary is not because I wish to justify my own use of altering
the time/date stamp (I exceed the criteria by quite a bit, but personally, I
have always prefered my "null" stamp to some inane message...but to each his
own.) but rather to point out that I feel that not ALL deckers would have
knowledge or be able to perform such an operation.]
