We have a very odd time out sign in use among our team.
If you're speaking OOC, you must keep one hand on your head.
Likewise If you're using another language, you must hold your ear. Left for
Spanish, right for Japanese.
This gets pretty weird, when two members of the squad are conversing OOC,
two in a foreign lang.
They all look like they're giving baseball signals . . . :-)
