Tir Na Nog - The land of youth

Youth are children
Children are often MUNCHKINS

Tir Na Nog - The land of Munchkins

Tir Tairngire was much much better. Findley did a really nice job.

I think that's a logical fallacy, but I can't remember which one....*grin*
One semester of symbolic, and I think I'm John Locke....

And it's only munchkin if the players use it. Used exclusively by the GM
it's a great ANTI-munchkin tool.

Once again, that's Tir Na nOz, not nOg. Munchkins can be found in any
game with or without sourcebooks, and regular spraying and defoliating
usually prevents them in any decent campaign.

Tir Tairngire was a better sourcebook for figuring out what the Old Elves
were up to (TNN is useless on that behalf). On the other hand, the Ways
and Paths is a fine example of how to fit, with only a slight bit of
abuse, a specific cultural myth and legend to make unique SR magic. Those
of you who enjoy such things could get stuff out of TNN.

Yeah, all they do on TNN is play country music.

I want my MTV (Metahuman Terror Village--Shadowrun/Prisoner crossover)

When did we start talking about the unreleased Australian sourcebook? :)

And I thought it was meant to be Tir Nan Og?

And finally, Sven expressed himself by writing:

Isn't it just a compilation of the two english tir books,
with a timeline update?

The most ill is the special APDS ammo for the HK-MPsomething...
lower availability for ammunition only usable with only one weapon :(

How is the Pomorya part? I guess not worth the whole book (as I already got
the Tirs in English)

Since I don't own the book, I can only tell you what a friend said to
me: if you already have the two Tir books, stick to them. It's only
worth buying if you're *really* interested in Germany or the elven
nations. The Pomorya part does not seem to be very creative (mostly the
usual "hey, we're all elves and wouldn't it be nice if nature was
intact" stuff, AFAIK).
