I've got a chance of getting this book (Tir Na Og Sourcebook) and I was
wondering if someone could tell me how useful it is?
Thanks

Interesting to read, very hard to use in a game. TT and Aztlan welcome the
foreigners and shadowrunners in comparison.

Should be updated in SoE by the end of the year ...

Nice for background information, but (as has already been mentioned) a bit
hard to use in a game, due to the difficulties involved in setting an
adventure in Tir na nOg. Also, don't buy it if you hate the whole immortal
elf/"elves are the coolest!" stuff that was going on in SR in the
early/mid-'90s.

If you don't plan to play whole campaigns in TNO, it's
useless unless you want to dig in some ED-SR
information, or the Paths explanation (which you can
find in MitS), or you want to complete your
collection.

Shadows of Europe will be coming out soon, with a
complete update for TNO. Maybe it isn't as deep as TNO
SB, but you get Western Europe, Poland, etc., in 2063.
IMHO, you should buy this one (it also helps FanPro
publish other books, dontcha know :)

Saludos,
Jong-Won Kim
