The problem with using nanites is it takes one to three days for something like
a simple transmissive fiber to a complex microprocessor.
This would seem that each bone augmented would take from 12 hours to a 36 hours.
That could lead to almost a month to six months or even a year just to get a
from of bone lacing.

This is CRAZY. Who would have the money to pay the bone lacing, hospital stay,
doctor bills and what eny other idea a doc can used to get more money. This is
not including the amount of time one must spent staying more or less
montionless.
If any of a runner's enemies found out where he/she was, he/she would be very
dead.

There must be a better answer than this.(No flame intended Trog)

physical adept, peaceful seeking, tired troll)
