From what I heard, FASA's owners decided that SR wasn't doing to well
under his guidance, so they "offered" him a move to FI (whether or not
this had an "or else..." attached I don't know).

Its sad too, because I really liked some of his final works on the
Shadowrun project. Bug City was one of the more interesting source
books I've seen for Shadowrun since it started. The entire Bug line was
pretty cool, if ya ask me. I remember when we first got Missing Blood
and I read that whole insert (the Wanderly/Davitz investigation), I was
hooked on bugs. :)
