Subject:	TOME list now closed for submissions

The TOME list is now closed for submissions for the first Net.ShadowRun.Book.

We'll be spending the next month or so voting on submissions and stuff
and then I'll be editing it up into one document. Expect it to be
released by Christmas or so.

Towards the end of November or so, we'll be working on the next TOME
project, which will be the Net.ShadowRun.Plot.Book, which will be a
compendium of plotline ideas for GMs adventures and well defined NPC
characters and whatever else we can come up with.
