Just a note to clear up confusion over the mage and his flight
suit.
1/ it looks smart
2/ it contains sensors to monitor lifesigns
3/ it carries an auto injector system for emergency (mage level)
medical aid
4/ its comfortable

the mage lies back on his nice comfortable couch ,in a astrially
guarded room & then flies off astrially.
physically he never leaves the room

altho... i did once dream up a 4 mage combat team...1 physical, 3
astrial. The physical threw combat/killer manipulations , astrial
1 used telekinesis to fly the physicalguy, astrial2 hold the
physical invisable and astrial 3 was a killer astrial fighter.

so if spells start falling from nowhere,its them!!!
