If I understand correctly, Jerry Stratton received pseudo-official
blessing for the publication of NAGEE.

As far as I know, NERPS has received no official blessing, nor have any
of the other net.publications that have been produced.

Does anyone know FASA's stance on these things, and more importantly, if
they will put that in writing to prevent this kind of crap later?

It's not that I don't trust FASA, it just, we'll, that I don't trust
FASA. T$R has always been on the forfront of facist thinking in the
gaming industry, and FASA is mirroring many of the traits seen in the
young T$R.

Quite frankly, I'm really not interested in having the Forces of Dowd
come down on me and rip my lungs out (as well as my wallet) for what I
did with NERPS. I may have a defense because of the similiarity of NERPS
to NAGEE, but that still doesn't cover this mailing list OR ShadowTalk.

If nobody knows, please email me a phone number of the FASA Lords and
I'll call them.

Why not try FASA.SUPPORT@*****.GEis.COM ?
Or, even FasaTom@***.COM ?

When one of you asks them about copyright policy on FASA-related net.material
(here I'd suggest that our Fearless Leader do it, since he's got the most
at stake), could you either post the messages to the list or mail me a copy?

I dont think FASA will be like T$R. I mean, remember when I sent
that mail to Tom Dowd telling him we was workingt on Psionics? He did
not have a problem with it, he said: do it if you want to.

Don't worry about FASA.
