I noticed the transform spell when I was putting together a shaman, but I
ended up GM'ing and someone else played one. Transform remained Willpower
but became resisted (this seemed to work, but is one of the most
effective offensive spells used in my campaign)

"I'll cast Transform on the Dragon, change him
into a toad."
"okay, roll, target is, umh, 8. 3 successes?"
"He is not magically active, and target 6, rolls 2 successes."
"I step on the toad, and grind my heel into the cement."

It is a problem.

Shapechange. I cheat on this one. Although I don't think I did it the
right way. Probly woulda been better to change the target to 4 or
similar. I figured willpower is controlled by the person. A test against
it is assuming they try to keep from being effected. So... You can
voluntarily use a lower number than your actual. Say you want to cast it
on yourself, and you are a Dwarf w/ a 7 willpower, add to that a spelkl
locked +4 Willpower spell. You simply wouldn't succeed. Except you don't
resist hard, and lower it to say, 2.
