_You_ were talking about flipping it over; nearly everyone else was
talking about picking it up and throwing it away, and that was more or
less what I replied to. I should have added a few lines about flipping it
over, too. And I agree, that should be a lot easier than lifting it up --
as is proven by nearly any riot of the past 30 years.

That's what I was trying to say by giving a longish example using the SRII
rules. I think they stand up to reality reasonably well here.
