Interesting. I forgot that. <wink> Fortunately, so did my GM.

But it _should_ work, since the shaman didn't actually _become_ a
bird, merely assumed the _form_ of a bird. (You keep your mental
attributes when you shapechange, otherwise you might not have the
intelligence to change back.) But we'll never really know, since
magic doesn't work IRL.

Even more important, our GM tries to give desirable behavior positive
reinforcement, so he _wanted_ it to work. (The chauffeur could have
used the wipers, after all.)
