Okay, I've got the shirts. Yay! They look pretty nice...

First of all, the printer stuffed up a bit - in my favour, fortunately. He
printed an extra two shirts, so I bought them as well. They're both
XL-size, imported shirts. If anyone else wants one, I'm happy to sell. (I
really don't need three of this year's list shirt ;-)

Okay, for you Brisbaneites, you can pick up the shirts from my place. If
you want them pronto, any time tonight, tomorrow or tomorrow night is okay.
Call first to arrange a time to arrive; my numbers are below. (If you're
calling today, call my work number, as the voicemail on my home number is
unreliable to say the least ;-)

Work 3213 3669
Home 3219 0960
Mobile 0410 499 149

Address:
65 London Street
Eight Mile Plains
(Brief directions: drive south on Logan Rd, past Garden City shopping
centre, under the freeway overpass, and then London St is the first left -
it's got a huge blue sign for the "Word Bookstore" on the corner. My place
is the overgrown one with Ranforest Jr. out the front. Most of you have
been here before, of course. ;-)

I'm not handing out shirts for which I haven't been repaid - which
currently includes Iago, NightRain, and Slipspeed. Come on guys, let me see
the color of those polymer notes. :-) (Green ones are preferred!)

If you're not in a rush to get the shirts, let me know and I'll sort
something out. The shirts being posted (i.e. Cullyn's) will be posted next
week; Iago, I'll wait to hear from you before sending your shirt.
NightRain, if you want to drop your money over next week, I can give you
your shirt at the same time.

I MIGHT LIKE ONE!!!! How much were they??

When Fate taps you on the shoulder, you'd best pay
attention. Unfortunately, she has that blasted habit
of tapping you on the opposite shoulder, so that when
you turn around she's actually on your other side,
giggling like a schoolgirl. I hate that.

Sixteen dollars Australian, plus postage from Australia. This is the
Australian run of the shirts and may be slightly different (ink tone, or
whatever) from the US or European versions.

I've already had people put dibs on both the spare shirts; however, one of
the people is notoriously unreliable, so if he drops out, I'll let you know.

Thank ye m'lady. So, how much in US dollars is 16 Austrailian
dollars??

Any of the US versions of the shirt available?

No idea. Look in the newspaper...

>Any of the US versions of the shirt available?

Probably not - Graht (David Buehrer) was responsible for producing those,
and he said he had no spares.

As a public service to US consumers who can't find
Australian Dollars in their newspaper please point
your browser to this great online currency converter.

http://www.oanda.com/converter/classic

Remember to use the interbank +3% rate.

But to answer the question as of the time of
writing $16 AUD is approx $10.75 USD.
That's right you American's make a killing
here :)

The shirt designs are identical, if that's what you
meant. Otherwise I doubt that you can get a US
printed shirt.
