SO how much more is it per shirt???

White printing would look especially good on the design I
submitted..I think it would look real good on the cog design as
well..And this will allow for a darker shirt..White fabric is right
out as far as I'm concerned..Especially in a Con setting where you
end up brushing up against all manner of dirty everything..A big
black maark across your belly where you leaned over a railing to
greet a friend just looks tacky and maks one look like one of the
unwashed as well..OK..so there are a lot of them at GC..It doesn't
mean we all have to look that way ;)

That might be too much of a good thing..Be sure to make a submission
without this addition in order to make sure we all get what at least
most of us want :)

Do it together..That way you both get to schmooz ;)

Deffinitely look into that since it will make it easier for some
folks..Not me..I'll send a money order..

First off look to the regular post office first..Believe it or not
-sometimes- it is actually cheaper to go that way...
What I usually do when I am trying to find out how much it wil be to
send stuff to folk in other countries I package it up and go down to
the post office...
Wrap up a good sized T-Shirt [the last ones were sent in a large
manilla envelope with lots of tape to seal it..seemed to work just
fine...
Anyway take your package down to the post office and ask for the
postage to send the package to: Poland, Canada, Germany, England,
Netherlands, Australia, Austria, France, Columbia, Mexico, Italy, and
any other country you have heard mentioned on the list..then write
down the quotes and post the results to the list..You can compare the
quotes at UPS as well...

Sure thing, there's gonna be some placement testing to make sure it will look
okay, but AGAIN, this has to do with everyone else enjoying/agreeing of
course. I was just making some suggestions.

I did check the UPS thing within the US...trust me on this, the US mail is
cheaper on the intranational routes...

Seems to be the major suggestion, though I might get something else if
possible....

I can't help it if the legends are true...Although last year..the
smelly factor did seem reduced a bit from years past..But I was quite
busy and perhaps I wasn't paying enough attention..

I believe you..I have sent all sorts of stuff to folks overseas..The
latest are the Earthdawn CDs..

Just remember the more packaging you use the more the shipping will
be..But of course I suppose I would be quite unhappy if I got an
empty envelope with a big hole in it..

The Post Office also provides free of charge small boxes and things of that
nature would could be used in shipping this stuff ... also, I'm going to do
some digging on how much it costs to send something that weighs 3 pounds (as I
am guessing the weight of the shirt and package are going to be more than 2
pounds) ... and I'll send something like this around ...

Not that I know of..If they did I am not sure exactally why as this
concerns a large portion of the list..

Hey guys,

Which design got voted for the T-shirt? I forgot what link the different
ones were on. Remember mine? (the detailed one!)

Just wondering,

Not sure where K (I think) is assembling links, but my ideas finally went
up at: www.tconl.com/~murphy/shirts

For giggles and grins, would you mind if I clipped your pics into the
design to get an idea of what it looks like?

IIRC Tim Kerby is assembling the links and taking care of tabulating the
votes. K is the nominal volunteer for the actual production of the
shirt.

There has been no final vote made as yet towards designs and whatnot else. Not
unless it's further along in this mail group than I've gotten so far :)

Truthfully, Tim/Drek, has a "Links Page" been created yet???

Created? Yes. Posted? No. It will be posted shortly after the June
5th deadline for submitting art. I think this is the only fair way.
If I were to post the site now, several people would make up their
minds about the art, and any latecomers wouldn't get a fair shake. At
least, IMHO.

If that thinking is off, let me know. The links page is on my hard
drive. I update it as submissions come. Posting it is no big deal.

I would still like to have the voting on the page using a script. I
need someone with HTML or Java experience to help me with that. Any
takers? If not, votes will be via e-mail.

Nominal Volunteer huh???

:P

to you too Dave... ;p

But yes, Tim Kerby (Drek) was making the links page last I knew. I'm just
basically waiting on the voting to be done in another two weeks or so, so as
to get the ordering process going...

Speaking of latecomers, it doesn't look like I'll be able to get an entry
in ... 1) because I'm rusty 2) because I don't have time ... However, I
/did/ find some cool circular Celtic knotwork that fits inside a gear so
if Waffelmeister or anybody else is interested, e-mail me privately and
I'll send it to you ... I don't know where I got it, though ... It's
strange, I scoured the net looking for desgins that could be drawn easily
into a gear and finally gave up after not finding anything but I did save
everything I came accross... Then I decided to look through what I /did/
find ... and in my D/L directory, I found three very workable images one
of which was just about perfect (though none were the same as Teachdare's
design) ... Can you image being a decker and after a fruitless run on a
sys you check out your HD and find paydata??? that would be strange ...

ordering information and T-shirt colors will be forthcoming ASAP.

Thank you for you patience.
